Corner bass trapping with a cleaner, more modern face.
Eight triangular Studiofoam® traps, 2' × 1' × 1' each, covering 16 lineal feet of corner. Same job as the original LENRD, updated look. Available in Charcoal, Burgundy, or Purple.
What this fixes
Low frequencies collect in the corners and junctures of a room. The result is bass that booms in one seat and thins out in the next, and a low end you feel more than you hear clearly.
The MetroLENRD is based on the LENRD design and does the same work — it just presents a flatter, more finished triangular face, which matters if the traps will be visible in a room you've actually decorated.
Where the eight traps go

| Vertical wall-to-wall corners | Start here. Stacked floor to ceiling in the front corners is the highest-value placement in a theater room. |
| Wall-to-ceiling junctures | Where the wall meets the ceiling is the next-best line of attack, and it uses no usable wall space. |
Sixteen lineal feet is enough to run two full corners floor to ceiling in a standard 8' room, or to spread coverage across four corners and a ceiling juncture.

Mounting
One Foamtak™ or two Tubetak Pro™ per trap is the suggested adhesive. Foam mounts with adhesive — impaling clips are for fabric-wrapped fiberglass panels, not for this.
Fire rating — read this before you buy
This is a foam product and is not Class A rated. If you need a documented Class A fire rating per ASTM E-84, look at the fiberglass ProPanel line instead.
Auralex foam is fire retardant and/or self-extinguishing to varying extents, but no guarantee is made that it meets the building code in your area, and local codes are not applied uniformly. Check with your local fire marshal or building inspector before purchasing or installing. Third-party fire test reports are available for many products — just ask.

Before you order
Order all the foam for a room at once. Foam is produced in batches and slight color variation between runs is normal. Pieces added later may not match exactly.
